Reservation Guidelines

Reservable group study rooms are available in Sherrill Hall, generally from 7am - 9:45pm daily.
Group study rooms are for the use of current Lesley students, faculty, and staff.
Groups have priority over individual users.
Users with a valid reservation are given priority.
Rooms may be reserved for a maximum of 3 hours at a time.
Rooms may be reserved no more than 14 days in advance.
There is a 15-minute grace period attached to your reservation. If your group does not arrive, the room becomes available.
Reservations cannot be placed over the phone or by e-mail.
Study rooms may not be reserved for semester-long recurring bookings, such as for a class meeting place. If you are faculty and need to find classroom space for your course, please contact the Registrar.
