AI Archives Online

American Illustration (AI) is the premier showcase for editorial, advertising, book, poster, design, animation, fine art, unpublished and student work created by established, emerging and student illustrators. AI is regarded by creative professionals as a “book of record” and best source for today’s top image-makers. The online AI Archive features select images from the published print volumes; Moriarty Library has limited holdings of the print volumes.

3x3 Annual

Each year 3x3 Magazine assembles top juries for each of their three shows: professional, student and children's books. An international panel of judges vote independently and as a result the 3x3 show is one of the most unbiased juried competitions for illustration.

Something About the Author
Provides illustrated biographical profiles of approximately 75 children's authors and artists. This critically acclaimed series covers more than 12,000 individuals, ranging from established award winners to authors and illustrators who are just beginning their careers. Entries typically cover: personal life, career, writings, works in progress, adaptations, additional sources.

Illustrator Biographies
This illustrated series covers more than 600 writers and illustrators for children and young adults. Typical entries consist of a listing of major works and awards and criticism from significant reviews and commentaries on the author's or artist's works.
