Library Services for Alumni

How to Apply

Alumni can become library borrowers by presenting a Lesley University Alumni I.D. card at the circulation desk. 

To get an Alumni I.D., please contact the Alumni Relations Office during normal business hours.  There is no fee for the ID or for library privileges. 

Alumni library records expire one year from the date of creation, so please be sure to update your information with the library each year.

Borrowing Privileges

Alumni borrowing privileges extend to:

  • Books in the Sherrill Library or Moriarty Library open shelf collections
  • Juvenile literature (5 items at one time)
  • Teaching resources material (5 items at one time)
  • Compact discs (5 items at one time)
  • Viewing of dvds, films and videotapes (in house only)
  • General reference services

 

Restricted Collections

The following special collections and services cannot be borrowed:

  • Interlibrary loan
  • Test collection
  • Video/DVD collection
