The literature section of the Biblioteca Virtual Miguel de Cervantes comprises thousands of digitised works spanning different literary genres, including literary history. The catalogue includes Spanish and Latin American novels, plays, poetry and literary criticism from the Biblioteca Nacional de España, the Real Academia de la Lengua, other academies, Latin American national libraries, and a range of publishers.

CVC is the online portal of the Instituto Cervantes, an organisation that promotes the diffusion of Spanish and Latin American language and culture across the world. This site brings together information about online journals, books and conference proceedings. Although it appears slightly eclectic, there is a wealth of useful information here which is definitely worth exploring.
