LinkedIn Analytics

Look at your LinkedIn analytics to see if you're discoverable to people searching, and what industries those people are in.

To access your analytics: Click on your profile image, click View Profile, click Show all Analytics

Creator Tools

Other than making posts, you can also check out these creator tools:

  • Newsletters (people can subscribe to your newsletter)
  • Follow Button (share a link or embed a button into your website)
  • LinkedIn Live is for people with 150 followers who share original content

Profile Visibility

  • Check your visibility settings. You just need to do this once, to make sure you have the visibility settings you want, and then you can tweak as things change
  • Keep your network up! Make posts, like/comment on posts, reshare, and connect with other artists. Click on My Network to see who LinkedIn thinks is in your network.

Getting Hired

  • Search for "illustrator" and jobs will show up at the top of the results
  • Search for "art director" to find people to follow who might hire you
  • Advertise yourself as hirable and list the kind of jobs you'd want (see an example)
