The Center for Academic Achievement

Lesley's Center for Academic Achievement offers in-person peer tutoring for "all students enrolled in degree granting programs, including students with learning differences and students whose first language is other than English." The peer tutors guide students with editing their work, as well as help with "brainstorming, exploring a topic, organizing papers or projects, strengthening your writing, research, test preparation, time management, and course content and concepts."

The CAA also offers Online Writing Support Service perfect for working with students on Lesley writing assignments, no matter how big or small. This Online Tutoring Program is available to students "enrolled through Lesley University in off-campus cohorts, low-residency, or online degree-granting programs, as well as those enrolled in bachelor's degree completion programs at the Center for the Adult Learner (LCAL)." Trained peer tutors review submitted drafts of papers and, within a turnaround time of two business days*, will offer comments and suggestions on how to improve student writing.

*the draft must be received no later than 5 PM EST by the online tutoring manager.
