How do I follow a specific scholar's research output?

There are different ways to follow an individual scholar’s research. One method is to search for a scholar and setup an alert for when additional scholarship is made available through @LL SEARCH. Another way is to login to a platform like Google Scholar. The process is similar in different platforms.

Go to the Advanced Search in @LL SEARCH where you can search for an author by typing their name and searching the Author field. From there, go to the “Share” button where you can sign up for Email alerts or create an RSS Feed.

You can then set specific parameters about the scholarship you wish to receive.

To sign up for Google Scholar alerts go to Advanced Search by clicking on the menu button on the top left-hand side. You will want to put quotations around the author’s name so that it is an exact search. Then, you will want to sign-up for alerts.

Some authors have created their own Google Scholar profiles. You can follow them by searching their name and clicking on their profile, which will look like this in your search results:
