I Have a Question About myLesley Login Credentials

I'm trying to log in to access a library resource, but my myLesley credentials won't work. There are two ways you may be prompted to enter your credentials: through the myLesley login page or through our proxy server. Examples of both can be seen at "Help Logging In."

There are other library databases and services that offer optional personal accounts to save search results or other information. The EBSCO Sign In at the top of the search results page is an example of this:

This is an optional personal account to save search results in your My EBSCOhost Folder which is separate from your myLesley credentials; having a myLesley account does not automatically mean you have a My EBSCOhost account (though you may use your Lesley email to sign up). Likewise, signing in to a My EBSCOhost account does not sign you in to the proxy server for access to library resources.

If you choose to use a citation manager, you will need to create a separate account, even if your access is supplemented by Lesley, as for EndNote Online.

I entered my myLesey credentials but nothing happened. Why can't I log in? It's possible that you've entered an incorrect password or are having other issues with your myLesley credentials. If you have questions about your myLesley credentials, such as password questions, please contact IT.
